Seasons Condominium

Two 55-sqm units at the Seasons Condominium in BGC, fitted out back to back — built by CKSF to another firm's design.

The project

Each unit is divided by a steel-framed glass partition instead of a wall, so the bedroom borrows the living space's window. The rest of the work is joinery: oak wardrobes and desk walls, a bed on a drawered plinth, glass-fronted dressing cabinets with lit shelving, and trowelled cement-finish ceilings stepped around the services.

The two units share one kit of parts — oak, black steel, trowelled grey — arranged differently: one keeps the partition clear, the other runs it frosted. Building the same palette twice in a tower that is already occupied is a logistics job as much as a construction one; everything arrives, is cut and is fitted inside a finished building.

CKSF was engaged for the construction only — the units were built to another firm's design. These are photographs of the finished work.
