CKSF Construction is a general construction and renovation company based in Quezon City. We take projects anywhere in the country, residential and commercial, from single-room renovations to houses built from an empty lot.
How we work
One team, start to finish

Most construction problems are handover problems. The architect draws something the builder prices differently. The interior designer arrives after the walls are up and asks for them to move. Every handover is a chance for cost, blame and delay to enter the project.
We took the other route: architectural, interior and construction all sit inside CKSF. When something is wrong on site, there is no other firm to point at. That is a harder position for us and a safer one for you.
We are not the biggest contractor in the country and we do not try to be. We take on a limited number of projects so the people you meet at the start are the people still on site at the end.
