A ground-up residence on site and close to handover: single-storey, dark facade, deep covered terrace and a pool.

The project

A house built from an empty lot. Single-storey with a dark facade, a deep covered terrace running along the garden elevation, and a pool going in at the same time as the main structure.

These photographs were taken during the build rather than after it — formwork, scaffolding, hoses and stacked block all still in shot. We publish them because the state of a site midway through is a fairer indication of how a contractor works than any finished photograph.
