Elektric Avenue

A retail fit-out at Venice Mall, BGC — one unit built out for several tenants, music, audio and electric bikes behind one neon-signed front.

The project

One unit fitted out for several tenants rather than a single store, each bay with its own character: a music and audio floor with wall-hung guitars and stacked PA, a timber-slatted wall carrying e-bikes and helmets, and a red-walled space lined with records.

The shopfront itself is deliberately quiet — hand-finished plaster and a dark recessed entrance — so the neon sign does the work. Arched openings either side pick up the arcade the unit sits in.
